Non-profit work Blue Sky Relief does. Raises money to help animal shelters, spay and neuter clinics, rescue mission flights, animal adoptions, legal changes, fighting animal abuse in the Caribbean.

Rescued By Rico is the true story of an abandoned pup rescued by Shanna Dickerson and brought to the states aboard one famous country singer’s private plane. Rico found his forever home with two women who co-authored his story and shared how he changed lives with his sweet demeanor. In his short time with his new family, Rico found – and gave – contentment and love until he was ready to join his friends across the Rainbow Bridge.

Today, the purchase of Rescued By Rico stays true to the book’s original intent: promoting the cause of rescue animals. 50% of all proceeds go towards animal rescues.
