Shanna with Detective Daniel Rodriguez of the US Virgin Islands Police Department on St. Croix USVI. They were assisting with a 100+ dogs rescue flight from the USVI to no kill shelters in the U.S. Rodriguez is one of the few Animal Cruelty Investigators in the USVI. He is an active member board member with Blue Sky Relief.
